Cogniaha was established in 2021 as a training and consulting partner supporting public-sector and mission-driven organizations. Since obtaining SBA Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) certification, Cogniaha has continued to build its portfolio through projects such as a workforce training pilot and the development of an onboarding guide for a state-funded school district. These projects reflect our core capabilities in instructional design, technical writing, onboarding, and organizational development—foundational strengths that support our expanding work in AI strategy and compliance-focused training.
